  • What is vybey?

    A perfectly balanced ready-to-drink meal - engineered to provide everything your body needs for high performance and optimal health. This tasty meal includes 21g protein, complex carbohydrates, healthy fats (omegas 3 & 6), up to 50% recommended daily intakes (RDI) of vitamins & minerals, antioxidants and 100% real fruit. vybey has been carefully crafted to replace one meal, or many - depending on your schedule. vybey saves you time, saves you money and is great for your health. It has been backed by nutritionists and doctors as a total meal replacement ensuring all levels of macro and micronutrients are delivered per serve.
  • What is vybey's nutritional value?

    Each ready-to-drink meal contains 1550 - 1590 kilojoules of energy or 370-380 calories. All our products are developed in accordance with the Food Standards Australia New Zealand (FSANZ). Nutritional information sheets for all our products are available on the shop now page.
  • What is meant by Total Nutrition?

    Total nutrition can be defined as eating the correct amount of nutrients on a regular schedule to achieve your best performance and aid a healthy lifestyle. vybey achieves this because of its macronutrient split - protein (30%), carbohydrate (50%), and fat (20%). This macronutrient split range has been scientifically backed by the Australian Dietary Guidelines - part of the National Health and Medical Research Council of Australia.
  • Is vybey vegan, gluten free or organic?

    Our current product range is not vegan or gluten free. However, we are in the process of developing this option. Stay tuned, guys! vybey isn't organic. We don’t create an organic version of our products due to cost. Organic ingredients are far more expensive, and this doesn’t fit in with one our key missions to provide affordable, nutritionally balanced food.
  • Where is vybey made?

    vybey is carefully crafted in New Zealand in a factory adhering to HACCP and audited by the New Zealand Food Safety Authority. Our products and labeling align to the Food Standards Australia New Zealand – 2.9.3 Formulated Meal Replacements and Formulated Supplementary Foods.
  • Is vybey suitable for vegetarians?

    Absolutely! We’re happy to say that vybey is suitable for vegetarians.
  • Can vybey help me lose weight?

    Definitely! vybey provides a balanced meal that ticks all nutritional boxes. It aids weight loss as you avoid snacking & picking unhealthy choices. Although, vybey must not be used as a total diet replacement.
  • Can pregnant mothers use vybey?

    Absolutely. vybey is fine to have during pregnancy, but they shouldn’t be consumed as the sole source of nutrition as there are different nutritional requirements during this period.
  • Can children use vybey?

    Yes. vybey is safe for children above 10 years of age to include in moderation as part of a balanced, varied diet. vybey is not suitable for babies or infants below or during weaning age.
  • How should I store my vybey?

    One of vybey's fantastic appeals is its long shelf life – it’s good for 6-months from the date of crafting. vybey doesn’t require refrigeration. Although they’re best stored in a cool place (under 25C) out of direct sunlight. Once opened, it is best to consume in one sitting. However, it can last 12 hours if refrigerated after opening.
  • Can I recycle my vybey bottles?

    vybey is made from 100% recyclable plastic. The bottles can also be returned for 10c refund to any container recycling depot or container recycling vending machine in NSW, SA, QLD, WA and NT. VIC and TAS should be joining the recycling scheme in late 2019.
  • How do subscriptions work?

    Subscribing to vybey will save you money! Subscriptions are available for weekly deliveries up to every eight weeks. So take charge and subscribe for three deliveries or more and we’ll throw in a 10% discount off your order.
  • Can I manage my subscription?

    Just login to your account to manage your subscription. Here you can do a number of things including updating your details, skipping a delivery or cancelling your subscription. We’ve partnered with ReCharge for your subscription orders.
  • What about shipping & times?

    We want vybey to arrive as fast as possible too! If you order before 10am your vybey will be dispatched on the same day. We use Australian Post for all shipping, and Australian customers will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package is dispatched. Watch your vybey all the way to your doorstep!
  • How much is postage?

    Australian wide domestic shipping is at the flat rate of AUD 9.99. We use Australia Post for our parcels – so you can nominate a safe place for your parcel to be left if you’re not home. Just select the location that suits you. NZ Customers can choose between the NZ Direct Service and International Express Post. NZ Direct is a flat rate service that is untracked and takes 5-20 business days for delivery. NZ standard is AUD14.99 and express AUD 19.99. We are not far away from securing our distribution channels in NZ which will mean your postage will be a lot cheaper. Watch this space Kiwis!
  • Where does vybey deliver to?

    We are currently shipping Australia wide and New Zealand. We are in the process of finalising arrangements to ship to parts of Asia, USA and Europe. Join our mailing list below to stay updated!
  • Can I pick up my vybey order?

    Unfortunately, due to health and safety laws, we can’t offer this feature. Once we have our own fulfilment house, we will be able to provide this option. We hope you understand.
  • Can I return my vybey order?

    Yes! Any unopened boxes can be returned. Please see our terms section in the footer below for more details.
  • Can I cancel my vybey order?

    Unfortunately, we can’t change or cancel your order after you’ve placed it.
