1. The promoter

This promotion is conducted by vybey AU (ABN 98 212 422 176) of Unit 9, 17 Power Avenue, Alexandria NSW 2015 ("the Promoter"). Enquiries can be directed to hello@vybey.com.au.

2. Acceptance of terms

By entering, entrants accept these terms and conditions in full. Entries that do not comply will be deemed invalid. These terms should be read together with the Promoter's Privacy Policy.

3. Who can enter

• Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
• Directors, officers, employees and contractors of the Promoter, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.
• Entrants under 18, or outside Australia, are not eligible and any such entry will be void.

4. Promotion period

The promotion opens at 12:00am AEST on 1 September 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 30 September 2026 ("the Promotion Period"). Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.

5. How to enter

To enter, an individual must, during the Promotion Period, complete the entry form at vybey.com.au/pages/giveaway-september-2026, providing their name, email address, mobile number, product preference and health goal, and confirm they meet the eligibility criteria.

Entry is free. No purchase is necessary. One entry is permitted per person. Duplicate entries, entries submitted by automated means, and incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified. Each valid entry has an equal chance of being drawn.

6. The prize

There is one (1) prize. The winner receives twelve (12) monthly deliveries of a single vybey product of their choosing, selected from the following:

• Complete Meal Shake — 1 x 1.5kg pouch per monthly delivery
• Complete Nutrition Bars — 24 bars per monthly delivery
• Smart Hydration+ — 30 sachets per monthly delivery
• Braincare Smart Greens — 360g per monthly delivery
• Braincare Smart Focus — 240g per monthly delivery

The total prize value is up to $1,500 AUD, based on recommended retail price at the date these terms were published. Flavour selection is subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a product of equal or greater value if a selected product is discontinued or unavailable.

The prize is not transferable, not exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Deliveries are to an Australian address only.

7. The draw

The winner will be determined by random draw conducted at Unit 9, 17 Power Avenue, Alexandria NSW 2015 on or before 5 October 2026. The draw is a game of chance and skill plays no part in determining the winner.

8. Notifying the winner

The winner will be notified by email and/or SMS using the contact details supplied at entry, within two (2) business days of the draw. The winner's first name and state may be published on the Promoter's website or social media channels.

If the winner cannot be contacted, or does not claim the prize, within fourteen (14) days of first notification, the Promoter reserves the right to forfeit that entry and conduct a redraw. Any redraw will be conducted at the same location on or before 19 October 2026.

9. Privacy and marketing

The Promoter collects personal information for the purpose of conducting this promotion. Entry details are stored and processed using Klaviyo. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Promoter's Privacy Policy.

Entering this promotion does not, of itself, subscribe an entrant to marketing communications. Where an entrant separately consents to receive marketing, they may withdraw that consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting hello@vybey.com.au.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, injury or expense arising from this promotion or from acceptance or use of the prize, including any technical failure that prevents an entry being received.

Nothing in these terms limits, excludes or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy available under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be limited, excluded or modified.

11. General

• The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The Promoter may amend these terms or cancel the promotion where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.
• Entrants may be required to provide proof of identity, age and residency to claim the prize.
• Any tax implications arising from receipt of the prize are the responsibility of the winner. Entrants should seek independent advice.

12. Not affiliated with social media platforms

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook or Instagram), TikTok, Google or any other platform. Entrants release these platforms from all liability in connection with this promotion.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
